Metal Fabricator and Warehouse Supervisor

We are a growing metal roofing manufacturer seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily fabrication operations while managing warehouse inventory, shipping, receiving, and personnel. This is a HANDS-ON leadership position ideal for someone with strong fabrication skills, warehouse management experience, and a commitment to quality.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily fabrication and warehouse operations.
- Manage production to meet customer deadlines.
- Operate and oversee metal fabrication equipment.
- Read and interpret shop drawings and production orders.
- Maintain accurate inventory of raw materials.
- Coordinate receiving, shipping, and deliveries.
- Ensure all products meet quality standards before shipment.
- Train, supervise, and motivate fabrication and warehouse employees.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Coordinate equipment maintenance and report repair needs.
- Work closely with customer service to ensure production schedules are met.
Qualifications
- Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
- Must be willing to work in warehouse and outside environments.
- Willing to learn.
- Previous warehouse supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Experience with sheet metal and metal roofing products is a plus.
- Ability to read shop drawings, and fabrication details.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Forklift experience.
Compensation: $25.00 - $25.00 per hour
